Wow
The audio is phenomenal and DRA is simply arresting. His voice is my favorite in the industry.

Alright...
Ryan Adams covering Bob Mould is awesome!!! So is the rest of the show. I love the new stuff as much as I love the old.

Thank you Ryan and the person who put this up.
As you said, it's cool that Ryan has allowed so many excellent SBD recordings to circulate with his blessing. I saw this tour in November so it's nice to have a audio souvenir to remember it by.

Great show
Thanks for uploading this great show. Tried to see if there was a way to send PM to you somehow, but doesn't seem to be any way to do that. I'd be really interested in the Piers Faccini 2011-02-16 - Living Room, NYC and Los Lobos at City Winery last new years eve.
Thanks again for this great Ryan Adams show.

Gratitude
I do not deserve to immerse myself in these jams until I properly thank DRA for this post. For years, he allowed SOUNDBOARD (SBD) recordings of live shows, and this decision indubitably shaped my lifestyle. I first stumbled into the Live Music Archive after my July 29, 2006 Cardinals experience. (It was beyond the sum of all 5 senses.) Though this is one of the few shows not available at archive.org, the show propelled me into the world of bootleg SBD recordings. Not some audience recording. Just the real deal. SBD-matrix.
This wasn't a jam band like Phish or even the damn Grateful Dead. This was the Cardinals. MFC. A band with songs that happened to jam. I doubt there has been another modern songwriter with banter that is fragile, witty, irreverent, ruminating, and goofy enough to be the whole show. Comedy and brilliantly-crafted songs. Pop songs transformed into face-melting jams.
From that initial download, these performances have consumed my time and concern. Each is a discernable unit of catharsis that’s helped me have fun while I learn. I was understandably jarred by the decision to restrict free live recordings. I often espouse the novel concept of artists being compensated for their efforts; however, the news still punctured my gut. Sweet sounds from a lover scorned stopped when the window shut. I waited impatiently, glancing at rogue iPhone videos. Still, the point is I waited. And then come December, this is posted. Finally, a recording for folks in the South, who must continue waiting for a transfusion of living Ryan Adams art. Yes, thankful and u, I will wait.
